Shipping policy

We at Ordo South Africa strive to deliver orders as soon as possible.

SmileShop will deliver physical goods via Door to Door Courier Services.

Items will be Shipped to our Couriers between 3-7 working days.

Delivery time will vary, dependent on Region and Courier Company. Usually 3-5 working days.

Orders Placed during weekends 17:00 Friday-Sunday will only be processed on Monday.

The Client must make sure that someone is at the shipping address during office hours to receive goods. SmileShop can not be help liable for incorrect delivery address supplied to us.

Delivery fee will be  visible upon check-out.
